Does the subway connect directly?

Yes, Exit 8 of Shinsaibashi Station leads right into the hotel basement. However, it has some stairs. Use Exit 4-A for the elevator if you have luggage.

Is the Nikko Lounge worth the upgrade?

Yes. Located on the 31st floor with sweeping views, it offers decent breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. It makes the hotel feel like a 5-star property.

Can I control the AC in my room?
