Retention Manager

Responsible for a key business KPIs, retention marketing budget and devising the strategy for the company’s retention plan.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement manual and automated communications for each customer life-cycle stage using e-mail campaigns, push messages and in-app messages. (VIP strategy, Multi language retention – responsible for the ongoing promotional calendar)
- Work closely with the product team and plan communication around important features.
- Work closely with the design to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy).
- Manage campaigns on a campaign management system to create a large number of campaigns for several segments, using A/B testing, optimization and control groups.
- Analyze results and make future decisions and improvements based on conclusions.( BI – database segmentation and definition of ongoing report analysis, monthly and weekly reports and briefing)
- Develop and implement smart retention tools aiming to Increase Life Time Value.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with CRM/Retention
- Fast paced environment - Must.
- Practical experience with different e-mail delivery systems - mail chimp, send grid, silverpop, Marketo Exact Target, Google Analytics and Salesforce etc.
- Proficiency with web analytics.
- Number-driven and analytical with solid Excel skills
- Self-motivated
