Video Tour di @Iviews.Travels: I honestly think this is the best winter retreat I've ever booked. Wearing the provided robe to dinner felt so liberating, and that hot pool in the freezing air? Pure magic. You absolutely need to try the cauliflower dish!

Experience the ultimate winter decompression at Yasuragi, a stunning Japanese spa resort located just 20 minutes from Stockholm, Sweden. This video captures the essence of a 'burned-out professional's' dream escape. Upon arrival, the stress of the outside world melts away as guests check in and immediately change into a traditional Japanese yukata (robe), slippers, and swimsuit—a uniform that is worn throughout the entire stay, including at dinner, fostering a sense of equality and deep relaxation. The accommodation features authentic Japanese aesthetics with low beds designed to promote health benefits and sulfate-free toiletries in the pristine bathrooms. Culinary highlights include a surprising standout dish—roasted cauliflower—and sticky chicken bites served in one of the resort's three restaurants. The crown jewel of the experience is the thermal contrast: immersing yourself in a 30°C outdoor hot spring while the Swedish winter air bites at -6°C. Ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking silence, this retreat offers a rare mix of Scandinavian nature and Japanese Zen culture.

Okay, hear me out. I know it's dark but you need to come with me to visit Yasuragi, a stunning Japanese spa resort in Sweden about 20 minutes away from Stockholm by car. We arrived around six PM. From the moment you step through the doors you'll be greeted with calm music. Upon checking in we were given a bundle consisting of Japanese robe, slippers and swimsuit. These are to be worn throughout your stay. The rooms were not bad, I noticed the beds were lowered and that's because it's a Japanese tradition and because it helps promote health benefits. They were really comfortable to sleep in. Let me show you the bathroom, the most important part. They were clean and the toiletries were there and the shampoos were sulfate free ladies. This was the robe and this is me embracing the whole culture. Okay, let's talk spa treatments. All these spa treatments need to be booked in advance. That's where we heading to now. You can also get your Japanese head massage done here by the way. Alright, so I was unable to record the spa that I had done but these are some of the products that they were selling in the spa shop right outside. We also had dinner included in our package. There are three restaurants in this resort. Okay so when I say the Scandinavians know how to make a dish out of cauliflower, I'm telling you they know how to make a dish out of cauliflower. Look at this. It was so tasty and so yummy, I swear I'll go back just for this again. As a side dish I also ordered myself these sticky chicken bites which were equally delicious and yummy. Yes I had dinner in my robe and now we're going to check the spa out. Okay so I want you to picture this. Winter night in November minus 6 degrees and you have a pool outside that's 30 degrees hot. Best believe it made me wanna jump right in. It was so relaxing and so rejuvenating. Guys just book your tickets and calm down. I'm a independent travel agent so I can help you book your tickets. This is probably the best winter retreat I have ever been to. And I think it will suit couples and also people that are looking for full relaxation. This was Yasuragi.
