The walk to BTS Phrom Phong is sweaty and treacherous on narrow sidewalks; you will be reliant on the hotel shuttle or Grab.

No. The rooftop pool is strictly for Suite guests. Residence guests use the 27th-floor pool, which is still beautiful but not the 'famous' one.
