Is the lazy river actually at the Waldorf?
No. It is at the Signia by Hilton next door. You have full access, but it's a walk through the convention center or outside path.
Do I get Disney perks?
Yes, you get Early Theme Park Entry (30 mins early) but you do NOT get to book Lightning Lanes 7 days in advance (only 3 days).
Is the shuttle reliable?
It's decent but runs on a set schedule, not continuously like Disney buses. It shares stops with the Signia, so it can fill up at peak times.
Can I see fireworks from my room?
Only if you book a specific 'Disney View' room. Ask for a high floor facing Epcot/Hollywood Studios.
