  • The signature warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in (it really does set the tone)
  • Stunning Art Deco interiors and high ceilings that make standard rooms feel grand
  • Direct access to Metro Rogier right outside the front door

快速了解: A polished, historic hotel that feels luxurious until you step out the back door toward Gare du Nord.

@lifeonpoints 的评论:I arrived late in Brussels and my Diamond status really paid off with this massive suite upgrade. Having a separate living room to take calls was a total game-changer for my trip.

The hype

Travelers love the renovated Art Deco style and the comfortable beds, but the location is polarizing—convenient for transit, but sketchy after dark.

Reality check

Some rooms have an opaque film on the windows for privacy (facing offices), which completely kills the view and makes the room feel enclosed.

  • You are a Hilton Honors member chasing points and upgrades
  • You need to be near the Northern Business District or the EU quarter
  • You appreciate a high-quality hotel gym (24/7 access)

清洁与维护

8.5
  • Housekeeping: Good, but 'on request' policy means your room won't be touched unless you ask.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Generally sparkling, though some guests report water pressure issues or slow drains.
  • Maintenance: Renovated in 2021, so fixtures are modern, but look out for peeling window film.
  • Linens & towels: Crisp, white, and standard Hilton quality. No major complaints.
  • Odors & scents: Lobby smells of fresh cookies; hallways are neutral, though some older reviews mention faint mustiness in carpets.

0-4嘈杂

7.5-10安静
  • Sirens and traffic from the busy Place Rogier junction
  • Internal noise from the 'airway system' (AC/Ventilation)
  • Thin walls between connecting rooms

预订前须知

须知事项

  • City tax is approx. €4.24 - €5.30 per room, per night, payable at the hotel.
  • Housekeeping is 'opt-in' for daily service due to sustainability policies—you must request it.
  • The breakfast buffet is extensive but pricey (~€30); booking a rate that includes it is usually cheaper than paying on-site.

行李打包清单

  • Earplugs (for the sirens and tram noise)
  • A refillable water bottle (to use the free filtered water stations in the corridors)
  • Good walking shoes (Brussels is a walking city, despite the cobbles)

房间精灵

最佳选择

  • King Deluxe Room with View (ask specifically for a view of the Botanical Garden)
  • Junior Suites (high ceilings and actual seating areas)

需要避免的房间

  • Rooms on lower floors facing the back alley (noise and safety concerns)
  • Any room with 'frosted' or 'filmed' windows (ask reception to confirm your view is clear)

I am looking forward to my stay. Please ensure I am assigned a room WITHOUT the opaque privacy film on the windows. I would strongly prefer a high-floor room facing the Botanical Garden for the best view and reduced street noise.

常见问题和隐藏提示

预订前您真正想了解的一切。

Is the area safe?

Place Rogier is generally safe and busy, but the streets immediately behind the hotel (towards Gare du Nord) can be sketchy, especially at night. Stay on the main roads.

Does the hotel have a pool?

No. There is a fitness center and a sauna, but no swimming pool.

How much is parking?

Self-parking is available for approximately €16-25 per day in the nearby garage (Interparking Rogier), but spaces can fill up.

Is breakfast included?

Not in the standard rate. It costs around €30 per person if purchased separately, so check your booking details.

Can I open the windows?

In most rooms, windows do not open fully for safety reasons, which can make the room feel stuffy if the AC isn't strong.

Is there a shuttle to the airport?

No dedicated shuttle, but the hotel is right next to Metro Rogier and a short walk to Brussels North Station, where direct trains to the airport run frequently (15 min ride).

内部人士建议

  • Don't buy water. There are filtered water stations (still and sparkling) in the hallways, and the room comes with empty carafes.

  • The 'Wundermart' in the lobby is a grab-and-go shop that's actually reasonably priced for late-night snacks compared to the minibar.

  • Ask for a room on the 'Botanique' side to avoid the flashing lights of the giant billboard screens on Place Rogier.

出发前需要了解的5件事

  • 💡The 'privacy film' on some windows turns your room into a white box with zero view—check this immediately upon entry.

  • 💡The sauna is free for guests, but it's often empty and can feel a bit eerie late at night.

  • 💡You can hear the trams rumbling from the lower floors.

  • 💡The 'Grand Café 1909' is actually a historically significant spot, not just a generic hotel restaurant.

  • 💡The elevators can be painfully slow during the morning rush hour.
