Is this a timeshare or a hotel?
It's both. It's a Hilton Grand Vacations property. You can book it like a normal hotel, but the service model (housekeeping on request) leans towards timeshare.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, and it's a steal. Self-parking is ~$40/day at a partner garage (9 W 57th St), which is about half the normal rate for this neighborhood.
Is breakfast included?
No. There is a grab-and-go option and the attached restaurant Acadia, but expect to pay NYC prices ($20+ for eggs).
How bad is the noise?
On lower floors facing the street, it's bad. This is a major crosstown artery. High floors are much better.
