Mazarin
@TravelWithMae 的视频导览:I couldn't believe how quiet this place was despite being half a block from Bourbon Street. My morning coffee in that courtyard fountain area was pure magic, and the black marble bathroom felt incredibly sexy and luxurious. It’s my new favorite secret spot in the Quarter.

- The courtyard is legitimately one of the most beautiful in the Quarter (European fountain, gas lanterns)
- Location is the 'Goldilocks' zone: 1/2 block from Bourbon but surprisingly insulated from the noise
- Patrick's Bar Vin and 21st Amendment are two of the best hotel bars in the city, period

Staying at Hotel Mazarin in New Orleans felt like discovering a secret hideaway in the middle of the French Quarter. The experience begins the moment you step off the busy streets and into the courtyard. It is incredibly lush, with a beautiful fountain and European-style architecture that instantly lowers your heart rate. It’s the perfect spot for a slow morning coffee or a quiet evening drink away from the crowds. The room itself balances historic charm with modern comfort. I stayed in a room with a King bed and heavy shutters that blocked out the light perfectly for sleeping in. The real showstopper, though, was the bathroom. It features dramatic black marble walls and gold fixtures, plus a spacious walk-in shower that felt very high-end. What makes this place unbeatable is the location. You are less than a block from Bourbon Street and an easy walk to all the jazz clubs and restaurants, yet the property feels completely secluded. It’s the ideal setup for a romantic weekend or a sophisticated solo trip where you want to be close to the action but need a peaceful sanctuary to recharge.
