The 'Pool House' turns into a loud day club on Sundays—great if you're 25 and holding a cocktail, terrible if you want a nap.

- You want a hotel that feels like a social hub, not just a place to sleep

- Bathroom hygiene: Sparkling. Marble and glass are kept streak-free, which is hard to do.
