Upstairs rooftop terrace where you can get food and drinks, and that part is open to the public. Here's another view. If you're able to splurge and stay in their hotel room, this was literally the view from my bed, and I am literally not filtering that at all. I did splurge, I got the room that has the terrace right from your door overlooking the Barcelona Cathedral. It's just one floor down from the rooftop terrace that's open to the public. Highly recommend.
