Why People Love It

9.0266 reviews
  • The Lake House swim-up rooms are a legitimate slice of luxury
  • Ten different pools mean you never feel like sardines in a can
  • The Elysion Spa is a 6,000sqm beast with free access to excellent Turkish baths

Quick Take: A sprawling, high-energy resort that nails the pool scene but nickel-and-dimes you on the best dining options.

Reviewed by @LaurenStanton9199617: I stayed here specifically for the accessibility features and was blown away. The assisted swimming in the ocean was a highlight I'll never forget. The food was fantastic, and navigating the resort in a wheelchair was stress-free. Highly recommend for families.

Guest Who Stayed Here Said

The hype

Guests love the massive grounds and friendly staff (shoutout to the bar team), but many feel the rooms in the main building are stuck in the 80s.

Reality check

You will likely get bored of the main buffet, and the cost to eat elsewhere adds up fast for a family.

  • You are a pool person—there are 10 of them, including a legit aquapark
  • You want a resort where you never have to leave the property
  • You are traveling with a multi-generational family and need something for everyone

Cleanliness & Maintenance

8.5
  • Housekeeping: Generally excellent and daily. Staff are praised for being hardworking.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Mostly spotless, BUT watch out for the 'sewage smell' in some rooms due to plumbing traps.
  • Maintenance: Grounds are immaculate. Main building rooms are showing age (creaky furniture, worn carpets).
  • Linens & towels: Standard Hilton quality—clean and crisp, but not ultra-luxury.
  • Odors & scents: Lobby smells fresh; occasional river/swamp smell outside at dusk; check room for drain odors.

Before you book

Good to know

  • The 'All-Inclusive' includes premium spirits, which is a rare win.
  • Gazebo rentals are expensive but popular—book in advance if you want one.
  • The drive from Dalaman Airport is short (20 mins), making it great for quick trips.

What to pack

  • Water shoes (the beach is sandy but has a stony entry)
  • Mosquito repellent (river proximity means bugs in the evening)
  • Dressier clothes if you plan to pay for the a la carte restaurants

Room Genie

Best picks

  • Lake House Swim-Up Rooms (newer, quieter, direct pool access)
  • Corner Suites in the Main Building for extra space if Lake House is sold out

Rooms to avoid

  • Main Building rooms facing the amphitheater (noise)
  • Ground floor Main Building rooms near high-traffic corridors

Room Request Genie – copy & paste

I am requesting a room in the Lake House section if possible. If in the Main Building, please ensure a room on a higher floor, away from the amphitheater and elevators, and please verify the bathroom has been checked for plumbing odors prior to arrival.

Insider Tips

  • The 'Breeze Bar' serves excellent kebabs for lunch—often better than the main buffet.

  • You can take a short walk to Sarigerme village for cheap, authentic eats if the resort prices annoy you.

  • Visit the rooftop bar (Rouge) for the best sunset views and cocktails, even if you don't eat there.

5 things to know before you go

  • 💡The 'Game Center' isn't free; expect to pay for bowling and arcade games.

  • 💡The 'Adults Only' pool is often overrun with kids because staff rarely intervene.

  • 💡Board games might incur a rental fee (yes, really).

  • 💡The river nearby means mosquitoes can be fierce at dusk—come prepared.

  • 💡The main building decor is heavily '2009 luxury'—think dark woods and beige carpets.
