How far is the beach?

Far. It's a 15-20 minute drive to Pattaya Beach or Jomtien Beach. This is not a beach resort.

Is there a gym?

Yes, but it's small and basic. Don't expect a full Equinox experience.

Can I walk to restaurants?

No. You are effectively stranded unless you take a car. The nearest local dining cluster is at Mabprachan Reservoir (2-4km away).
