Pourquoi les gens l'adorent

8.2448 avis
  • Moody, seductive 'Fifty Shades' interior design
  • Rooftop infinity pool with a cinema screen (still open!)
  • Excellent breakfast spread (even if the location is temporary)

En bref : Normally a hedonistic party hotspot, it's currently a construction zone with its soul (the bar and restaurant) ripped out until March 2026.

Évalué par @mirkofreshner : I stayed in the Terrace Suite and honestly, having a private jacuzzi this close to the city center changed the game. Sipping wine while the steam rose around us at sunset was the most romantic part of our Munich trip. You have to experience this vibe.

Ce que les clients qui ont séjourné ici ont dit

The hype

Travelers love the 'sexy' dark aesthetic and the spa, but are currently frustrated by the lack of facilities and construction disruption.

Reality check

The rooms are incredibly dark—some guests complain they can't see well enough to unpack or do makeup in the bathroom.

  • You love dark, moody, 'boudoir-style' aesthetics
  • You prioritize a cool pool and spa over a quiet night's sleep
  • You are visiting for Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese is walking distance)

Propreté et entretien

7.2
  • Housekeeping: Generally decent, but the dark room design hides dust that you might find later.
  • Bathroom hygiene: Glass showers are usually spotless, but some reports of mold in grout lines due to humidity.
  • Maintenance: Renovation is ongoing for a reason—some rooms feel 'tired' with scuffed dark walls.
  • Linens & towels: High quality, thick towels and crisp bedding.
  • Odors & scents: Heavily scented with the hotel's signature 'mysterious' fragrance—love it or hate it.

  • Tram and traffic noise from Landsberger Strasse
  • Construction work (9 AM - 6 PM)
  • Thin walls between rooms

Avant de réserver

Bon à savoir

  • Breakfast is currently served in a temporary location or at Servus Heidi due to the Izakaya closure.
  • The 'free' candy bar in the lobby is a signature perk, but check if it survived the renovation cuts.
  • Cash is required for the valet parking (€35/day).

Quoi emporter

  • A portable makeup mirror (lighting in bathrooms is notoriously dim)
  • Earplugs (essential for street/construction noise)
  • Swimsuit (the infinity pool is the one major amenity still open)

Génie des chambres

Meilleurs choix

  • Premium Deluxe Room (42 sqm) for actual space to move
  • High-floor rooms facing away from the street to minimize tram noise

Chambres à éviter

  • 1st and 2nd-floor rooms facing the street (noise central)
  • Standard rooms if you have large luggage (very narrow layout)

Génie de demande de chambre – copier & coller

I am aware of the renovation. Please assign a room on the highest possible floor, facing away from Landsberger Strasse, to minimize construction and street noise.

Conseils d'initiés

  • The 'Servus Heidi' restaurant next door is actually excellent for modern Bavarian food—better than many tourist traps.

  • There is a hidden 'condom' in the amenity kit—Roomers is not shy about its 'sexy' branding.

  • You can cast your own content to the TV via Apple TV/Miracast, which is rare for hotels in this tier.

5 choses à savoir avant de partir

  • 💡The lighting is so dark in the hallways you might need your phone flashlight to find your room number.

  • 💡The shower is a glass box inside the room—zero privacy if you're traveling with a friend (non-couple).

  • 💡The 'Bang & Olufsen' speakers in some rooms are suspected by audiophiles to be high-quality knockoffs or older models.

  • 💡Housekeeping can be hit-or-miss with dusting the dark surfaces.

  • 💡The 'Spa Cinema' sounds cool but often plays weird, silent art films rather than blockbusters.
