The Hyatt Regency Cairo West is a luxury property on Egypt's Giza Plateau, about a 15-minute drive from the pyramids and about a half-hour drive from downtown Cairo. It is still relatively new, having only opened in 2021. With a colour scheme and interior concept drawing on Egyptian culture and the local surroundings, along with restful water features and palm trees, this hotel definitely gives oasis vibes!  I had an extremely comfortable stay there and greatly appreciated not only stunning decor, but, more importantly, the excellent service.  If you’re giving yourself the bucket-list experience of visiting the pyramids of Giza and want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury while you're at it, I definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cairo West as a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay.
