Make sure you stay in the Green room for the most beautiful view at Maison Polanka in Cambodia. It’s the most serene, beautiful stay in the jungle, with luscious plants growing in every corner and chirping birds. Sip on lemongrass tea every morning with your breakfast - and I don’t say this lightly - the best croissants you’ve ever had. They’re better than the ones I’ve had in Paris! There’s a huge French influence in Cambodia, and Naïs and her family, who run the hotel have both French and Cambodian heritage. I’ve taken inspo from @postcardsbyhannah who did an incredible video of a Thai hotel recently. I really loved this one in Cambodia so thought I’d give my version a go.
