Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, but it's in the public P4 lot across the street. Cost is ~€12-14/day. Drive to the entrance first to unload bags.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but ONLY in 'Galeria' Deluxe rooms with terraces (€25/night). Dogs are allowed in the Bräustüberl and Bar, but not the Lisl restaurant.

Is there air conditioning?

ONLY in the new buildings (Galeria, Seehaus) and the main Lisl building. The historic Alpenrose and Jägerhaus do NOT have AC.

How close is the castle?

You are at the foot of the hill. It's a steep 30-40 minute walk or a short bus/carriage ride up to Neuschwanstein.

Is the pool warm?

Yes, the indoor pool is heated and open year-round with views of the lake.
