  • Zero-commute location inside the Midi station complex
  • Soundproofing that actually blocks out the trains
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic city/track views

クイックテイク: A sleek, convenient fortress surrounded by one of Brussels' grittiest neighborhoods—stay for the trains, not the views.

@Happy_Smilie_1 によるレビューI did the Global Journey package staying at the Pullman and it was 100% worth the money. The staff energy at the station, the exclusive pre-party, and the easy shuttles made the whole weekend stress-free. You have to do this at least once!

The hype

Unbeatable for transit, with surprisingly quiet rooms but a sterile, business-only vibe.

Reality check

The air conditioning is a frequent failure point, turning soundproof glass boxes into greenhouses.

  • You are taking the Eurostar or Thalys
  • You need a reliable 24/7 gym
  • You prioritize efficiency over local culture

清潔さと保守管理

8.5
  • Housekeeping: Generally efficient daily service, though sometimes rushed (missed dust on high shelves).
  • Bathroom hygiene: Sparkling surfaces, but grout in older rooms is showing age.
  • Maintenance: The weak point. Scuffed walls, chipped desks, and the infamous AC issues drag the score down.
  • Linens & towels: Crisp, white, and high quality. No complaints here.
  • Odors & scents: Lobby smells of signature Pullman scent (floral/wood), hallways are neutral, no smoke smells reported.

知っておくと良いこと

  • City tax is approx €4.24 per room/night, payable at check-in
  • The sauna is 24/7 but requires 30-minute advance notice to heat up
  • Luggage storage is available and secure if you arrive before check-in

持ち物

  • A portable USB fan (lifesaver if the AC is weak)
  • European adapter (plugs are Type E)
  • Slippers (floors are hard laminate/wood, not carpet)

ルームジニー

おすすめ

  • Deluxe King City View (higher floors) for the best views of the Palace of Justice
  • Courtyard-facing rooms for absolute silence if you don't care about the view

避けるべきお部屋

  • Rooms ending in '01' or near elevators (high foot traffic noise)
  • Lower floor street-facing rooms (sirens can penetrate)

ルームリクエストジニー – コピー&ペースト

I am a light sleeper sensitive to heat. Please assign a room on a high floor with verified functional air conditioning (cooling mode), preferably facing the courtyard.

FAQ と隠された便利な使い方

ご予約前に本当に知りたいことすべて

Is it safe to walk around at night?

Not really. The immediate station perimeter is sketchy with loiterers and pickpockets. Take a taxi or Uber door-to-door after sunset.

Can I hear the trains from the room?

Surprisingly, no. The soundproofing is excellent unless you open the window.

Is breakfast worth the €26?

It's a solid buffet with waffles and omelets, but overpriced. You can get a decent coffee and pastry in the station for €8.

Does the hotel have parking?

No private parking. You must use the public Q-Park Midi Station (~€43/day), which has direct elevator access to the hotel.

How do I get to the Grand Place?

Take the Metro (lines 3 or 4) to Bourse (4 mins) or walk 20 mins (but stick to main boulevards like Blvd Maurice Lemonnier).

Is there a pool?

No pool, just a fitness center and sauna.

インサイダー情報

  • The 'direct access' door from the station concourse is often locked. Look for the exit near the taxi rank/Place Victor Horta to find the main lobby entrance.

  • Ask for a room on the 'quiet side' (courtyard) if you plan to keep the window open due to the heat.

  • The bar food is mediocre and slow; walk 10 mins to 'Entre Nous' for much better Italian food.

行く前に知っておくべき5つのこと

  • 💡The 'consumed' feeling: furniture in many rooms is chipped and showing heavy wear from high turnover.

  • 💡The shower design often floods the bathroom floor due to shallow pans and short glass screens.

  • 💡The elevators are confusingly programmed and often require a key card scan multiple times to work.

  • 💡Housekeeping sometimes skips refilling the 'free' minibar water.

  • 💡The lobby is a common meeting point for non-guests, making it feel more like a transit lounge than a hotel.
