Is there AC and heat?
Yes, all Airstreams and Cabins have powerful HVAC. It can get loud, but it works well.
Do the tents have bathrooms?
No. Luxury Tents use the shared clubhouse bathrooms (which are very nice, spa-style) but require walking outside.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, there is a playground and kids love the novelty, but the Airstreams are tight for families.
How far is the town?
Saugerties is a 5-10 minute drive; Woodstock is about 15-20 minutes. You need a car.
