Which wing is the best?
Wing 1 (Premium Deluxe) is the most modern. Wing 4 (Main Building) has views but is dated. Wings 2 & 3 are low-rise and can be damp.
Is breakfast included?
Usually yes, but check your booking. It's a large buffet with egg stations, Indian options, and Thai dishes.
How far is Bangla Road?
A 5-minute walk. You are close enough to crawl home but far enough to not hear the bass.
Is the pool clean?
Yes, there are two large pools. The main pool is lively; the second pool is quieter. Both are well-maintained.
Do they have an elevator?
Yes, in the Main Building (Wing 4). The low-rise Garden Wings (2 & 3) do not have elevators.
