Is it the same as The Kayon Jungle Resort?
No. This is The Kayon VALLEY Resort. It is smaller, closer to Ubud, and generally cheaper, but you get access to the Jungle resort's facilities.
Is it really adults only?
Yes, guests must be 15 years or older. It is very quiet and honeymoon-focused.
Can I walk to Ubud center?
Technically yes (30-40 mins), but the road (Jalan Raya Andong) is busy, lacks sidewalks, and is not pleasant. Take the shuttle.
Is the pool heated?
No, and since the valley can be shaded, the plunge pools can feel quite brisk/cold.
Are there hidden fees?
No resort fee, but expect the standard 21% tax and service charge on all food and spa services. Airport transfer is ~IDR 600,000.
