About this video

Join me for a stay at the iconic Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva, Fiji. I checked into the King Premium Room, and the first thing that hit me was the sheer size of the bathroom—it’s huge! It comes fully stocked with full-sized Pure Fiji shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a thoughtful makeup remover cloth so you don't ruin the fluffy white towels. The room features a super comfortable King bed, a sitting area, and modern tech like a wireless charging alarm clock (why don't all hotels have this?). As an eco-conscious traveler, I really appreciated the recycling bins and the option to reuse towels. But the real showstopper is the private balcony overlooking Suva Harbor. The sunsets here are absolutely amazing.

Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva, Fiji. This is a King Premium Room and I can't wait to show you the view. Okay, these bathrooms are huge. This is the shower that also can be handheld and I love the Pure Fiji shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Over here we have all the fluffy white towels you could want. I love the huge mirror with lights. Pure Fiji hand wash and lotion and a makeup remover cloth. I always feel bad using the white ones for this. Here's a recap on how huge this bathroom is. Now let's open some cupboards. We've got the typical things on this side, your safety lock box and bag for laundry. But you can always tell how luxury a place is when there's slippers and a robe. There was also an iron and an ironing board and both were pretty new. Let's go to the main room. I never know what these are called but they're to hold your suitcase. There's a mini bar and snacks available. You can order room service and more things via the iPad like I did. There's plenty of tea and coffee choices, a TV, desk and chair. I quite like this sitting area here. There's a recent travel mag, fresh flowers, comfy chair. Beside the bed of course there's Fiji water and bedside lamp. But this alarm clock is a wireless charger for your phone. More places need to have these. Here's the huge king size bed and so many pillow choices. Over here are the pool towels and I love that you can choose if you have your room serviced or not because you should be reusing your towel. Oh and they've also got a waste bin and recycling bin. Of course the room is fully air conditioned but you gotta check out this view. This overlooks the harbor and the sunsets here are amazing.
