- There is a free shuttle to Kata Beach (a nicer swim spot than Patong) and Jungceylon mall, but you must book it at reception.
- A 5,000 THB deposit is required at check-in (cash or card hold).

Is the beach swimmable?
Barely. It's rocky and tidal. Great for snorkeling off the jetty at high tide, but for swimming, take the free shuttle to Kata Beach.
Which wing is better?
The Ocean Suites Wing is newer, has better views, and (if you book a suite) Club Pakarang access. The Ocean Front Wing is older and closer to the water but prone to wear and tear.
Is it walkable to Bangla Road?
Technically yes (15-20 mins), but the walk back is dark and uphill. Better to take a tuk-tuk for approx. 200-300 THB.
What is the difference between Coral Lounge and Club Pakarang?
Coral Lounge is breakfast/snacks only. Club Pakarang (for Club Suites) is a full clubhouse with its own private infinity pool and gym. Pakarang is the winner.
Are there hidden fees?
Just the standard 5,000 THB security deposit. No surprise 'resort fees' on top of the booking price.
Is breakfast included?
Usually yes, but check your rate. The buffet at Rim Talay is extensive but can get chaotic; Club Pakarang offers a calmer a la carte experience.
