Stunning 'sensual brutalist' architecture that feels like a habitable art gallery
Bar Vera downstairs is one of the best new dining spots in Pererenan
The 'diffused' concept integrates you into the village rather than walling you off
快速概覽: It's undeniably gorgeous, but the 'diffused' layout means your room might be a 10-minute walk from the pool and reception.
由 @gunesita 評論: I’ve never stayed anywhere like this. The terracotta walls and light patterns made me feel like I was living inside a piece of art. It’s quiet, deeply calming, and the perfect creative escape in Pererenan. If you love design, you need to see this.

The hype
Travelers are obsessed with the aesthetics, the comfortable sunken beds, and the staff's warmth.
Reality check
Guests in the 'Gallery' building often feel disconnected from the main amenities and annoyed by the lack of soundproofing against street traffic.
You appreciate wabi-sabi design and photogenic concrete interiors
You want to be in the thick of Pererenan's cafe culture
You enjoy a social vibe and don't mind a bit of background music/buzz
清潔與維護
9
Housekeeping: Diligent daily service with turndown. They manage the dust well despite the open-air elements.
Bathroom hygiene: Immaculate stone and concrete. No grout to get moldy, but water spots on fixtures are common.
Maintenance: Generally high, but look for water damage on wooden cupboards or sticking doors due to Bali's humidity.
Linens & towels: Premium, heavy-weight linens and plush robes. No complaints here.
Odors & scents: Signature custom fragrance (Oaken Lab) permeates the room; no musty smells detected.

常見問題與隱藏小貼士
預訂前您真正想知道的一切。
Is the pool in the same building as my room?
Only if you book a room in the 'Main' building. If you are in 'Gallery' or 'Studio' buildings, it's a walk or buggy ride away.
Is breakfast included?
Usually no. It's an add-on (approx. $15-20 USD) served a la carte, not a buffet.
Is it quiet at night?
Not really. Pererenan is buzzing. You will hear traffic and potentially music from the bar until late evening.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Not on-site. They provide free passes to 'Wrong Gym' down the street, which is excellent but requires leaving the hotel.
Is it suitable for young children?
Not ideal. The concrete floors, stairs, open-plan layouts, and lack of kids' club make it better suited for adults.
How far is the beach?
About a 15-20 minute walk or a quick 3-minute scooter/buggy ride to Pererenan Beach.
內幕秘訣
✨
The buggy service is free and will drop you anywhere nearby, not just between hotel buildings.
✨
Rooms come with a curated vinyl collection and turntable – ask the staff for new records if you get bored of the selection.
✨
The 'Wrong Gym' pass sometimes includes the recovery center (sauna/ice bath) – verify this at reception upon arrival as policies shift.
出發前需要知道的 5 件事
💡The 'lobby' in the Gallery building is basically just a small entrance with no staff presence.
💡Humidity takes a toll on the fancy wood joinery – expect some drawers to stick or cupboards to be warped.
💡There is no hanging rack for wet swimwear in some rooms, which is baffling for a hotel near a surf break.
💡The 'open-air' bathroom concept in some suites means you might be sharing your shower sounds with the neighbors.
💡You can order St. Ali coffee directly to your room, which is a massive perk for coffee snobs.
